摘要

本文利用四回路传感器测量功率模块局部放电的电磁波,研究了局部放电的定位问题。随着传感器与PD源距离的减小,四个传感器阵列所探测到的电磁波第一波的峰对峰幅度增大。尝试利用飞行时间法检测四回路传感器的输出电磁波来定位局部放电源。结果表明,本方法可以实现PD定位,定位识别误差为5mm。

Basic study on partial discharge location in power module
This paper deals with partial discharge (PD) location in a power module by measuring electromagnetic (EM) wave of PD using four loop sensors.
