Description based on design issues of this wiring machine is also arranged for showing feasibility of the presented concept and its realization approach herein. 摘要

本文应用机电一体化系统的集成思想,设计并实现了一种由无刷直流电机驱动的布线机,并成功地进行了样机开发。通过利用该配线机整体系统设计努力的部分移位,可以实现配线运行过程中随负载条件变化的稳定速度响应。所开发的布线机的机械结构和机构特点,都可以明显降低对固件的要求,降低复杂的控制算法,因此适用于在PIC18F4431和PIC18F8720两个8位数据处理芯片上实现设计理念和控制方法。本文还对该配线机的设计问题进行了说明,以说明所提出的概念及其实现方法的可行性。同时,验证了所提出的简单控制策略对于低成本高性能布线机系统的有效性。
