摘要

目的:分析405nm激光静脉照射对脓坏死创面的治疗效果。材料和方法。研究对象:脓性坏死伤口患者。临床研究并分析静脉激光血液照射(405 nm)对2型糖尿病患者伤口愈合过程及化脓性软组织伤口愈合速度的影响。结果。我们发现静脉激光血液照射(405nm)是治疗化脓性软组织创面的一种非常有效的方法,与传统治疗方法相比,可以减少并发症的数量,使化脓性创面上皮完全形成的时间缩短7-10天。
