摘要

本研究旨在探讨服务品质、促销、购买决策三者同时及部分的影响。本研究采用的方法是调查法。研究数据是通过向100名受访者发放问卷获得的。本研究的数据分析采用SPSS软件进行多元回归分析。本研究结果显示,服务品质、促销同时对购买决策有显著影响。服务质量对购买决策有部分显著影响。促销对购买决策有显著影响。
