摘要

航空航天嵌入式软件结构复杂、规模庞大、可靠性高,因此对航空航天嵌入式软件的可靠性进行测量具有十分重要的意义。在分析航空航天嵌入式软件特点的基础上,开展了基于延迟s型模型的航空航天嵌入式软件可靠性评估。选取与航空航天嵌入式软件特性相近的数据集,验证模型的预测能力。实验结果表明,所建立的航天嵌入式软件可靠性测量模型能够获得良好的拟合效果。

Study on Reliability Measurement Model of Aerospace Embedded Software
