The CPM Technique was used to compile network planning diagrams, determine the critical path and project duration. Crashing Project was applied to crash schedule through the total project duration and cost whose changes due to the implementation of the crashing method. The critical path was found in mobilization, tree felling, clearing, dig and haul, borrow material, subgrade preparation, base course (A grade), subbase course (B grade), drainage layer, lean concrete (t=10 cm), concrete pavement, concrete barrier type B, and signage. In the CPM, the duration of project completion is 214 days. The total project budget under normal circumstances is Rp22.073.412.654. 摘要
本研究的重点是雅加达- Cikampek II Selatan收费公路III包项目的53+950至54+550站(STA)的剩余工作,以找到加速前后的关键路径、完工时间和项目成本。利用CPM技术编制网络规划图,确定关键路径和项目工期。崩溃项目通过实施崩溃方法导致的项目总持续时间和成本变化应用于崩溃计划。在动员、砍伐树木、清理、挖掘和搬运、借料、路基准备、基层(A级)、基层(B级)、排水层、贫混凝土(t=10 cm)、混凝土路面、B型混凝土屏障和标志中发现了关键路径。在CPM中,项目完成时间为214天。正常情况下工程总预算为Rp22.073.412.654。在建议加班加速crash项目后,总成本Rp32.004.882由正常总成本Rp22.073.412.654降低至Rp22.041.407.771,最佳工期为183天。
