This paper summarizes our work to conduct a case study on the transport logistics of the oil company which aims to meet the requirements and improve its internal performance. For a company whose main activity is the management of the logistic chain and more precisely the transport of fuel, it must always look for methods to minimize the costs of transport while respecting the constraints set. This study consists of developing a mathematical model that will solve the transport problem in order to minimize transport costs and determining the optimal number of trucks by applying a transport algorithm.
