建设社会主义现代化强国，实现中华民族伟大复兴，《中国制造2025》规划指明了方向，高等职业教育急需进行相应改革，培养大量创新型技术技能型人才。本文回顾了以往我国高职教育培养技术技能人才的制度体系探索，梳理了当前制约创新型技术技能人才培养的制度障碍，提出了完善高职教育人才培养制度体系的改革方向。
