The number of samples used is 150 people. Sampling technique using purpose random sampling. Data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. Data processing usingSPSS 17. Test instrument research using validity and reliability test. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and Respondent Achievement Level (TCR). From the measurement to the level of student satisfaction in terms of physical facilities (tangibles), reliability (reliability), responsiveness, assurance (assurance) and empathy (emphaty) is quite good average with TCR value of 71.14%, 72.15%, 73.7%, 69.85% and 70.2% respectively. The mean values for each variable are 3.56, 3.61, 3.69, 3.49 and 3.52.
