The test used for the diagnosis of syphilis was not treponemal test and treponemal.</p></div><div><h3>Results</h3><p>In the Hospital das Clinicas found 320 women. Negative not treponemal test were found in 253 of these patients and 67 were not screened. In Fertile Diagnostics were selected in 1,942 patients, 896 women and 728 are men.
