Research on business model innovation of Internet enterprises‐‐Case Analysis Based on Qihoo 360

In the era of rapid development of the Internet and the digital economy, science and technology play an increasingly important role in the change of our lives. Then more and more Internet enterprises came into being, and the business model of Internet enterprises has become the way for enterprises to survive. How to operate the business model of Internet enterprises and how to innovate the business model have also become questions in people's hearts. This paper mainly selects Qihoo 360, a typical Internet enterprise of business model innovation, and analyzes the innovation of enterprise business model from three aspects: user demand, profit mode, and innovative technology through the method of the case study. It is found that a stable user group is a basis for the development of Internet enterprises; Learn to break the rules and innovate; Focus on user experience and provide valuable services. So as to provide some reference and decision-making basis for other Internet enterprise managers to implement the business model strategy.
