摘要

针对业务流程优化实施过程前缺乏评估的问题,本文提出在业务流程优化实施前进行评估。本文采用矩阵与模糊计算相结合的乘法最大化法,改进了现有的模糊综合评价方法,解决了评价结果不能有效反映权重变化的问题。将该方法应用于第二港务工程公司设备管理流程优化,评价结果比原来的模糊综合评价更能反映权重的变化。
