摘要

建设高比例的新能源电力系统,有利于实现可再生能源利用和双碳目标的实现。针对新能源发电中大规模光伏并网造成的电压超限问题,提出了一种基于动态共识算法的光伏与储能系统分布式协调电压控制策略。分析了低压配电网的电压控制方法,建立了光伏与储能系统的分布式控制模型,实现了光伏与储能系统的协同控制。算例结果表明,该策略能有效地协调光伏系统的无功控制与储能系统的有功控制,抑制低压配电网中的电压超限问题。
