While workflow management systems architectures, language specifications, and workflow analysis techniques have been extensively studied there is a lack of tools and methods to assist process development. The purpose of our study is to present a framework to assist process analysts and designers in their task, allowing the creation of processes (Web processes and workflows) with a higher quality.
