摘要

近年来，在日本，生活方式相关疾病患者的增加正在成为老龄化社会的大问题。为了解决这些问题，本文提出了一个以自身健康管理为目标的健康管理支持系统。该系统采用模糊理论为用户提供健康建议。作为对该系统的评价，我们将该系统与常规系统进行了比较。此外，我们评估了建议的准确性。作为结果，我们可以证明所提出的系统的有效性。

A Health Management Support System Using Fuzzy Theory
