Evaluation Index System of Power Grid Corporation's Operation Benefits Based on Future Low-Carbon Energy Framework
Structural changes which have taken place in both the power supply side and the load side of the power grid and a new round of power market reform jointly make operation benefits become a growing concern. New methods are required for operation benefits evaluation under the future low-carbon energy framework. In this paper, a feasible and comprehensive evaluation index system of operation benefits is proposed. Firstly, an index-based evaluation criterion is established to evaluate the operation benefits on reliability level, intelligence level, power marketization level, economic benefits, environmental benefits, and social benefits. Next, a mathematical evaluation method is proposed based on the indexes. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the anti-entropy weight method (AEWM) are used to calculate the combination weights of indexes. The proposed evaluation index system can be used to evaluate the operation benefits of power grid under the future low-carbon energy framework. Furthermore, it can also be utilized to compare the pros and cons of different grid operation planning schemes in China.
