简介:20S蛋白酶体存在于所有真核细胞的细胞质和细胞核中，在外周血(血清或血浆)中均可检测到(Stoebner and al, 2005)。蛋白酶体、蛋白水解心脏的“泛素-蛋白酶体途径”具有非常广泛的底物谱，大多在细胞周期、DNA修复、细胞凋亡(p53和Caspase)、血管生成(VEGF)、炎症(NF-kB、IL6 ....)免疫反应(抗原呈递)中发挥作用(Adams, 2002)。
