Firstly, we derive the radar echoes data rate and establish the performance index of RCIS. In turn, the system performance of each detection working mode under the traditional spectrum non-sharing (TSNS) scheme and communication dominant spectrum sharing (CDSS) scheme is analyzed. Then, a technique of spectrum sharing on demand is put forward. To realize the real-time transmission of detection data, the optimal sharing band is obtained according to the criterion of minimizing mutual interference between radar and communication and maximizing detection performance.
