This research uses survey and correlation methods. The study used questionnaires, tests and structured interviews. The number of samples was 145 teacher employees who were randomly selected using the Slovin formula. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between Principal Transformational Leadership and Teacher Work Discipline with the Quality of Education Services in East Jakarta High School. 摘要本研究旨在分析东雅加达高中校长变革型领导、教师工作纪律与教育服务品质的关系。本研究采用调查法和相关法。这项研究使用了问卷调查、测试和结构化访谈。样本的数量是145名教师,他们是用斯洛文公式随机选择的。结果发现,东雅加达中学校长变革型领导、教师工作纪律与教育服务质量之间存在正相关关系。本研究建议提高教师服务质素,应提升变革型领导的价值,并改善教师工作纪律,使之成为提供良好教育服务的师德文化。
