Bayesian Theory of the "Pareto-optimal" STAP Devices
After adding some details to Melvin's overview on theory and technique of STAP, we point out the role of connecting the STAP with CFAR theory by Kelly. It is shown that the use of a priory data on interference gives the new capabilities to the theory by Kelly.
