The advancement in signal processing and very large scale integrated circuit make it an efficient implementation of FFT operations so that OFDM gives a luring solution for wireless channels. As we all know OFDM is a multicarrier communication technique that is used both in wired and wireless communication. One of the major problem occurred in OFDM is peak to average power ratio (PAPR). In order to minimize the PAPR problem of OFDM signal with distortion and distortion less techniques in communication system. This gives a clear understanding of different techniques to reduce PAPR and BER of the signal.
