Also, Main diode is a big advantage without reverse recovery phenomenon. 摘要

本文针对传统双向DC-DC变换器采用普通PWM和谐振方式的缺点,提出了一种基于改进ZVT方法的新型双向DC-DC变换器。为了实现ZVT操作,在传统的拓扑结构上增加了辅助电路。所增加的辅助电路由一个电感和两个电容、两个双向操作开关和谐振电路组成。实际上,在ZVT的结构中,辅助开关是硬开关关断。但是,因为主开关是打开和关闭与ZVS减少损失。另外,主二极管的一大优点是没有反向恢复现象。本文分析了该拓扑的工作特性,并通过仿真和实验验证了该拓扑的有效性。
