The informants of the research were employees of the District Education Office, school supervisors, head teachers, and a number of teachers in the Sub-district of Tembilahan Kota. The data analysis used in this study was policy analysis since the research employed the qualitative approach. The findings of the research indicated that (1) the program planning of the structuring and equality of the teachers’ teaching loads has been implemented. (2) In its implementation, however, there were teachers who could not have 24 teaching hours in a week. 摘要

本研究旨在了解因德拉吉里希利尔区坦比拉罕哥打州高中教师教学负荷的结构及平等政策。数据是通过观察、访谈和文献收集的。研究的资料提供人是Tembilahan Kota街道的地区教育办公室雇员、学校主管、校长和一些教师。由于本研究采用定性方法,因此本研究使用的数据分析是政策分析。研究结果表明:(1)实施了教师教学负荷结构与均衡的方案规划。(2)然而,在实施过程中,有教师不能在一周内有24小时的教学时间。(3)教师教学负荷的结构化与均等化规划方案的实施进展顺利,但尚未达到预期的最大值。
