Process Tomography (PT) is an important technique for Process detection in two-phase flow. Electrical Capacitance Tomography (ECT) is a kind of process Tomography technology. It has the advantages of non-invasive, low cost, simple structure, etc. It can be applied as long as the dielectric constant of each phase is different between the media. Its principle is to use a set of sensors installed on the device under test array electrodes, formed from different angles analyte scanning space of sensitive field, according to the measured object in the different medium has different dielectric constant of the properties, and the implementation of the distribution of the field of incomplete information extraction, using the appropriate image reconstruction algorithm, each phase of analyte pipe field distribution in the form of a visual image. 摘要

在实际工业生产过程中,我们经常会遇到两种或两种以上物体混合流动的情况,这种现象在学术界和工业界一般称为多相流。过程层析成像(PT)是两相流过程检测的重要技术。电容层析成像(ECT)是一种过程层析技术。具有无创、成本低、结构简单等优点。只要介质之间各相的介电常数不同,就可以应用。其原理是利用一组安装在被测装置上的传感器阵列电极,从不同角度形成被测物扫描空间的敏感场,根据被测物体在不同介质中具有不同介电常数的性质,实现对该场分布的不完全信息提取,采用相应的图像重建算法;分析物各相管场分布以可视图像的形式呈现。本文主要通过改善敏感场来提高重建图像的质量,并联合使用ANSYS Maxwell、c++和MATLAB进行研究。
