摘要

在军事环境下进行高风险人事决策时,对真实领导力高精度测量的研究试验并不活跃,对真实领导力问卷的信度和覆盖范围还不了解。本研究以军事领袖回应调查资料为基础,提出五份问卷,以适当衡量真实领导。分别为ALQ8、ALQ12、ALQ13、ALQ14和ALQ16。本研究表明,具有可靠性的真实领导水平较低的领导者可能存在歧视。进一步的任务可以发现和考虑真实性领导问卷因子结构的双因子解,并积极讨论如何在军队领导资源管理背景下使用真实性领导问卷进行决策。
