Thirty female students belonging to the age group of 20–25 years were selected by accidental sampling from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar. The daily practice time of Yoga Nidra was thirty minutes and the duration was one month. One group pre test- post test design was used for the research and t-test was applied for statistical analysis.
