To this end, a survey was conducted on 950 teachers in seven areas of the Incheon Education Innovation District. As a result of the study, first, the school area-linked vision and planning, sustainability, and educational cooperation system were derived as four sub-factors of teachers' performance perception of innovative education district projects. Second, as a result of analyzing the difference in performance perception according to the experience of participation in the innovative education district project, the perception of teachers with experience of participation was higher than that of teachers without participation experience. Third, based on the characteristics of teachers' performance perception of innovative education districts, it was classified into four clusters, such as; 'a cluster with very high overall perception', 'a cluster with very low overall perception', 'a cluster with high overall perception'. and 'a cluster with low overall awareness'. Fourth, according to the teacher's performance recognition cluster, the level of goal recognition showed a significant difference, and the higher the performance recognition, the higher the goal recognition. 摘要

本研究的目的是了解创新教育区项目教师绩效感知的实际状况,验证参与体验对教师感知的影响,并根据绩效感知的特点分析目标感知。为此,对仁川教育革新区7个地区的950名教师进行了问卷调查。研究结果表明:首先,导出了与学区相关的愿景与规划、可持续性和教育合作系统作为教师对创新教育区项目绩效感知的四个子因素;第二,根据参与创新教育区项目的经验对绩效感知差异进行分析,有参与经验的教师的绩效感知高于没有参与经验的教师。第三,根据创新教育区教师绩效感知的特征,将创新教育区教师绩效感知分为四个集群:“整体感知非常高的集群”,“整体感知非常低的集群”,“整体感知非常高的集群”。以及“整体意识较低的集群”。第四,从教师的绩效识别聚类来看,目标识别水平存在显著差异,绩效识别越高,目标识别水平越高。根据研究结果,提出了可持续创新教育区发展和商业运作的政策和实践措施。
