The new method can reduce the average delay time of vehicles effectively. The method is compared with the method of Jee-Hyong Lee et al. 摘要

交通信号的控制是现代交通系统的一个重要方面。本文提出了主紧急阶段和次紧急阶段的新概念。交通数据从路口和车道上的检测器获取。基于主紧急相位和次要紧急相位的概念,根据相关交通路口的动态特性,提出了一套新的模糊控制规则来控制交通灯的相位和延迟。该方法可以有效地减少车辆的平均延误时间。通过计算机仿真与Jee-Hyong Lee et al.(1995,1999)的方法进行了比较,结果表明该方法能够显著提高性能,特别是在交通流较轻的情况下。
