The development and research of other projects of intelligent transportation systems basically cannot do without vehicle positioning and navigation technology. Only under the premise of real-time and accurate positioning of vehicles can they effectively command and dispatch vehicles to ensure safe driving of the vehicles and improve transportation efficiency. This paper establishes the mathematical model of the novel robust framework, analyzes the influence with the combination study of the dynamic performance, for the better modelling, the IoT is combined, and the intelligent control system is applied.
