In this paper, we conducted an investigation for on-orbit maintenance and security resource strategies of the International Space Station and other space equipment. And we made a brief description and analysis of in-orbit maintenance technology development in the International Space Station. On this base, we put some suggestions on the strategy of on-orbit maintenance and resource optimization for Chinese space station.
