摘要
组织公民行为(Organizational citizenship behavior, OCB)是一种自愿的、能为组织提供积极贡献的行为。本研究旨在探讨组织承诺和工作满意度对公司员工组织公民行为(OCB)的影响。本研究采用了定量方法,共抽样调查了70名在PT.Kerta Rajasa Raya Mojokerto工作的员工。研究表明,组织承诺对PT员工的组织公民行为(OCB)有正向影响且偏显著,工作满意度对PT员工的组织公民行为(OCB)有正向影响且偏显著。组织承诺和工作满意度变量对组织公民行为(OCB)变量同时具有显著的正向影响。结果表明,变量组织承诺和工作满意度对组织公民行为(OCB)有部分正向显著影响,同时这两个自变量对组织公民行为(OCB)也有正向显著影响
