For this purpose, it is questioned how women have changed in their spending and consumption habits due to the increase in responsibility they face within the scope of the \"life fits at home (HES Code) practice, which was initiated both to be at the center of family budget management and to overcome the epidemic period with the least damage. The most important reason why women in Diyarbakir are taken into account is the widespread belief that eastern women spend most of their time busy with housework for their family and children and do not take much place in working life. \nIn the study, 400 female consumers living in the city center of Diyarbakır were interviewed one-on-one. A questionnaire consisting of 34 questions was applied to the participants. The obtained data were analyzed with the SPSS 26.0 package program.
