摘要

提出了一种具有高裙边选择性的带状线SIR带通滤波器。通过在基片两侧增加金属化通孔,使带通滤波器具有良好的带外抑制性能。采用微带与带状线之间的过渡结构,易于集成。为了验证所提出的概念,设计并制作了一个工作在12.5GHz、分数带宽为5%的滤波器。实测结果与仿真结果吻合较好,表明该滤波器具有良好的性能。
