Economical benefits of supporting voltage control with large solar parks
This study shows the extent to which large solar parks can support voltage control in very high voltage grids. The technical and economical benefits of dividing a large solar park into smaller solar parks were also investigated. In this study, the Syrian 380- and 220-kV-grids have been reviewed as an example.
