First, the mechanical structure of 5DOFMP is designed, which can accomplish the position and posture adjustment of laser cladding device. Then, the kinematic characteristic of the 5DOFMP is investigated. To satisfy the mentioned requirements, a hydraulic system is designed for the 5DOFMP. Finally, the performance of the hydraulic system is simulated and analyzed, which demonstrates that the designed hydraulic system can realize the stable control of laser cladding device in the deep-sea environment. 摘要
