Conventional DC-DC converters have the disadvantages of operating at high duty cycle, high switch voltage stress and high diode peak current. The major advantage of two level DC-DC boost converter are continuous input current, transformerless which allows high switching frequency and more levels can be added without modifying the main circuit. 摘要

随着高速电子器件的发展,大功率变换器的设计也发生了相应的变化,主要体现在速度、尺寸、可靠性和效率等方面。本文提出了二电平DC-DC升压变换器的硬件实现。该系统采用12V - 48V升压变换器和灯负载,采用dSPACE 1104控制器。传统的DC-DC变换器存在工作在高占空比、高开关电压应力和高二极管峰值电流的缺点。两电平DC-DC升压变换器的主要优点是连续输入电流,无变压器,允许高开关频率,无需修改主电路即可增加更多电平。通过不同占空比下的仿真结果和硬件结果的比较,对两电平DC-DC升压变换器进行了验证。
