摘要

随着中国制造2025的提出,产品的结构由原来的实心结构转变为经济耐用型、薄壁型、壳型结构应用越来越广泛,由于薄壁件的结构特点,薄壁件在加工过程中,特别是在焊接过程中变形非常大。本文阐述了防止薄壁件焊接过程中变形的智能环式内支撑夹具的设计思想、技术参数的选择、整体机械结构的设计过程,以及内支撑夹具的受力分析,及其控制系统的设计。这种内装夹具是一种效率高、应用范围广的智能夹具,主要用于薄壁件的定位夹紧,防止焊接过程中的变形。
