For the realization of this procedure, a city energy management system is created. It allows monitoring and control over the use of energy resources at the level of the house, district, city. The paper has presented the list of tasks for realization the system, tasks of the energy resources management system, stages of the system implementation and practical example of the system using. The practical result of the system implementation is to create a stable mechanism for the functioning of city energy consumption.
