摘要
分析了300 k V, 200 ns真空火花放电等离子体中离子流的质能谱。单次放电得到的离子能量分布符合同步电流和电压脉冲示波图。我们发现,这些分布的峰值能量值有很大的概率接近于电流示波图上脉冲尖峰对应时刻的电压值。
