Target detection, tracking, and classification are the primary goals of surveillance programs. CCTV video surveillance is beneficial in reducing and preventing crime and assisting in the conviction of criminals. The pros, limitations, and applications of wired CCTV were discussed in this report. This project can be carried out using one of two methods: wired or wireless. However, only the wired (cable) approach was employed. This report presented the installation of wired CCTV and the advantages, disadvantages, and application of existing CCTVs.
