This research is conducted using literature study and survey at Badan Kepegawaian Negara's head office and branches. Literature study determines analysis method for KMS. Survey is conducted by distributing questionnaire to civil servant at Badan Kepegawaian Negara. Quantitative method is used for analyzing survey result using SPSS 21. 摘要

利用信息系统中的“以人为本的知识管理”方法开发知识管理系统。知识管理体系可以通过组织中的知识管理流程来定义。确定知识管理管理体系的分析方法是识别知识管理过程、转移知识管理机制和应用知识管理技术对政府环境中的各个发现指标进行分析。本研究采用文献研究与调查相结合的方法,在巴丹石油总公司及分公司进行。文献研究确定了KMS的分析方法。调查是透过发放问卷给国家公务员局的公务员来进行。采用SPSS 21软件对调查结果进行定量分析。研究显示了政府需要的KMS优先事项清单;如聊天群、最佳实践模型教程、专家定位系统、知识库和帮助台,以支持组织活动和服务。
