摘要

本文提出了一种超宽带带通滤波器的设计方案,该滤波器可以覆盖3.1 GHz到10.6 GHz的频率范围。所提出的滤波器结构由环形谐振器、耦合数字间线和简单的矩形缺陷接地结构(DGS)组成。滤波器的设计选用损耗正切为0.02、介电常数为4.4、高度为1.6 mm的FR4衬底。其设计尺寸为30 × 20平方毫米,仿真结果显示上阻带高达16 GHz,为20 dB。制作了该滤波器并进行了实验验证。
