However, in the high speed mobile environment, NC-OFDM suffers from Inter-Carrier Interference (ICI). Due to the non-uniformed Doppler spread in the wide-band, it is not efficient to use the traditional ICI cancelation schemes. In this paper, the NC-OSDM transmission system is proposed for ICI cancelation under this circumstance. With the performance evaluation, NC-OSDM outperforms over the equivalent NC-OFDM 15dB in the power of ICI interference.
