摘要

在天然气供应、储存和销售的各个环节中,流量的准确计量是最关键的环节之一。由于气体流量测量对流量计测量系统的要求较高,不仅要求流量计测量精度高,而且对测量传感器的要求也较高。因此,本文主要研究的是在天然气供气过程中,传感器结构设计和传感器驱动波形对气体流量计收发信号的影响。通过对超声衰减理论的分析研究,得出斜探头传感器性能较好的结论。并通过对实验数据的分析,验证了在驱动电路中采用脉冲波形驱动的斜探头的传感效果最好。
