Making use of the opportunity of global transfer of semiconductor industry, Korean semiconductor industry clusters came into being and their technology capabilities became stronger with the construction of innovation networks. 摘要

构建创新网络是提升产业集群技术能力的重要手段之一。韩国利用半导体产业全球转移的契机,形成了半导体产业集群,通过构建创新网络,技术能力不断增强。本文在文献综述和案例研究的基础上,运用“技术梯度”理论,提出了全球产业转移背景下发展中国家产业集群技术能力提升与创新网络构建关系的概念模型,得出以下主要结论:首先,作为全球产业转移的结果之一,“技术梯度”为发展中国家产业集群构建外部创新网络获取外部科技资源提供了路径;其次,外部科技资源向内部技术能力的吸收和转化需要内部创新网络的支持;第三,创新网络内外的无缝衔接及其结构的匹配成为影响发展中国家产业集群技术学习有效性和技术能力效率的重要因素
