It was shown that the activity of proline biosynthesis enzymes under the influence of R. obtusifolius L. extracts decreased in the liver by 74.7%, in the brain by 51.7%, and no changes in enzyme activity were observed in the kidneys. Compared with the control group, proline biosynthesis in the liver of rats under the action of extracts of H. alpestre was completely inhibited, in the brain – by 29%.
