Furthermore, in order to investigate the influence of the feed waveguides to the number of resonant modes inside the cavity, microwave applicator with four feed waveguides is modelled. 摘要

本文采用三维TLM方法对一个实际的微波加药器进行了分析,该加药器带有波导,用于将源的能量发射到腔内。首先,利用传统的脉冲激励TLM模拟器对加载腔体进行了分析。对于不附加进给的加载腔体建模,为了避免不均匀网格的使用,采用了带Z变换的TLM算法。基于有限元法,将所得结果与/spl mu/ wavab商用软件的参考值进行了比较。此外,为了研究进给波导对腔内谐振模式数的影响,对具有四个进给波导的微波加药器进行了建模。将TLM方法应用于单进给腔,仿真结果与实验结果吻合较好。
