We describe a high-performance face tracking and animation solution used for low-cost production of TV commercials, films and special effects. The system combines a 3D sensor that captures full facial surfaces at arbitrary frame rates with our advanced facial tracking technology to produce highly accurate animation without the animator's intervention.
