In view of the special complexity of the working environment of shockproof hammer resetting robot, this paper proposes an algorithm based on YOLOv5 to identify the shockproof hammer bolt on transmission lines. Thus, the recognition accuracy can be further improved. In addition, according to the bolt edge image is hexagon, use improved Hough algorithm to extract bolt center, according to the method proposed in this paper, the field verification is carried out on the shockproof hammer resetting robot. Results show that the proposed method can effectively realize the search, location and recognition of shockproof hammer bolt.
