Thus, the recognition accuracy can be further improved. In addition, according to the bolt edge image is hexagon, use improved Hough algorithm to extract bolt center, according to the method proposed in this paper, the field verification is carried out on the shockproof hammer resetting robot. Results show that the proposed method can effectively realize the search, location and recognition of shockproof hammer bolt. 摘要

防震锤复位机器人在输电线路上作业的一个重要环节是防震锤螺栓的识别和螺栓中心点的提取。针对防震锤复位机器人工作环境的特殊复杂性,本文提出了一种基于YOLOv5的输电线路防震锤螺栓识别算法。从而进一步提高识别精度。此外,根据螺栓边缘图像为六边形,利用改进的Hough算法提取螺栓中心,根据本文提出的方法,在防震锤复位机器人上进行了现场验证。结果表明,该方法能有效地实现防震锤螺栓的搜索、定位和识别。从而提高了机器人的工作效率。
