A virtual maintenance process modeling method is proposed for the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of ergonomics in virtual environment. Firstly, the definition of virtual maintenance scene is given, and the essential elements of virtual environment analysis are defined. Then, considering the needs of process validation and simulation analysis which are two aspects of the maintenance work, sets up “maintenance tasks — typical operation — typical action” three-layer work element decomposition model, and gives the definition of information and organization methods of various elements. Secondly, the performance evaluation process of virtual maintenance based on typical work elements is established. 摘要

利用虚拟验证平台对飞机维修过程进行性能评估,对降低成本、提高产品质量具有重要意义。针对虚拟环境下人机工程的定性和定量评价,提出了一种虚拟维修过程建模方法。首先,给出了虚拟维护场景的定义,定义了虚拟环境分析的基本要素。然后,考虑维修工作过程验证和仿真分析两个方面的需求,建立了“维修任务-典型操作-典型动作”三层工作元素分解模型,给出了各元素的信息定义和组织方法。其次,建立了基于典型工作要素的虚拟维修性能评价流程;最后,以飞机起落架轮胎维修为例,验证了该方法的有效性。
